Finance & Advisory Board Meeting

Minutes
The meeting came to order at 7:10 P.M. with the following persons present:
Members: Robin O’Malley – chair, Jim Lacey – vice chair, Sandy Gerraughty, Lisa Collin, Reggie Tardif
Absent: John Bonazoli, Andrew Belliveau, Marybeth Foster, Chuck Dickson
Guests: Mike Farrell – Town Administrator

Financial:
Jim Lacey made a motion to transfer $11,000 from Account 19141 medical insurance to account 11511 Town Counsel Expense. The motion was seconded by Reggie Tardif. The motion passed with a vote of 5-0.
Mike Farrell updated the Board to the fiscal standing of the town. The FY10, NOT final numbers were handed out to the board.
Sandy Gerraughty made a motion to Adjourn. The motion was seconded by Jim Lacey and passed with a vote of 5-0.
Next meeting is Wednesday, August 18, 2010, 7:00 p.m.
